Shipping Costs & Transit Times
All deliveries shipped by macodirect.de are insured against thievery as well as loss and damage in transit. As soon as you have received and confirmed your delivery, the insurance cover expires.
We process and ship orders during our general business hours. These are Monday to Friday, 8:30 am to 5:00 pm CET. Orders will be ready for dispatch within 1-2 business days (subject to availability).

Delivery to Slovenia takes place by our logistics partners DHL, UPS and UPS Express.
The delivery costs contain the respective valid VAT and are thus indicated as gross price.

Shipment tracking
Once we have sent your order, you will receive an e-mail notification stating the tracking number. You can check the status of your package at any time via the link in the e-mail. As a registered customer you will also find the link to follow your shipment in the ‘my account’ area.
Customs and taxes for deliveries within the EU
No additional taxes or duties are payable for all goods shipped within the European Union. The article prices and delivery costs contain the respective valid VAT and are thus indicated as gross price.
