Track your order!

When your order is shipped from our warehouse, you will receive a delivery confirmation by e-mail with your tracking number.

If you have registered for a macodirect customer account you'll also find the tracking number in the orders details, once the order has been dispatched.


Your parcel is sent out directly from our warehouse in Germany with your prefered carrier (DHL, UPS or UPS Express). Once the parcel has reached the country of destination, the delivery might be handed over to the local delivery organization (This normally only applies to DHL deliveries outside the EU).

When your delivery is on its way to the destination country it might be difficult to track your order. The tracking information will be updated as soon as the parcel is scanned in the destination country. For deliveries outside of Europe this might take up to 7 working days.

The parcels are sent from Germany, meaning that the total delivery time will differ from destination to destination.
