"Enjoy the process" is the slogan of the Asian sales team, marketing analogue photography from Hong Kong. It is a motto which successfully describes why our customers make the effort to photograph on film.

For most the topic goes well beyond pure photography. Selection of the right film, setting the camera and conscious observation of the subject are just the start of this wonderful process, which gives a sense of awareness of time, art, aesthetics and craft. The process continues with development of the film, and ends with the grand finale in the darkroom.

The enlargement of a negative, its exposure on photographic paper and subsequent processing in the developing tray makes our efforts visible. Do you remember your first time in a darkroom? We remember it clearly, and are still impressed when we see the effects of light and photographic chemicals on silver gelatin paper.

What's nice is that working with photo paper never gets boring. There is simply too much to discover and try.
