Shipping Costs & Transit Times
Alle Lieferungen, die von macodirect.de verschickt werden, sind gegen Diebstahl, Verlust und Transportschäden versichert. Sobald Sie Ihre Lieferung in Empfang genommen und diese schriftlich bestätigt haben, erlischt der Versicherungsschutz.
Wir bearbeiten und versenden Bestellungen während unserer allgemeinen Geschäftszeiten. Diese sind Montag bis Freitag, 8:30 Uhr bis 17:00 Uhr CET. Die Ware ist in der Regel spätestens einen Werktag nach Zahlungseingang versandfertig.

General Shipping Information
Delivery to Korea takes place by our logistics partners DHL and UPS Express.
The delivery costs for shipments to non-EU countries are already quoted as net prices without VAT.

Shipment tracking
Once we have sent your order, you will receive an e-mail notification stating the tracking number. You can check the status of your package at any time via the link in the e-mail. As a registered customer you will also find the link to follow your shipment in the ‘my account’ area.
Customs duties and taxes on deliveries to a third country (non-EU Member State)
If you have your principal domicile in a third country and we deliver the goods to the appropriate address in a non-EU member state, you always pay the net amount at www.macodirect.de.
All prices at macodirect are stated as gross prices (incl. VAT) but as soon as you log in to your customer account or select the destination country in the shopping cart, the VAT of all articles placed into the basket will be deducted.
Any import taxes as well as any customs duties or processing fees that may occur have to be paid directly to a domestic authority or our service partner (eg DHL, UPS or UPS Express). Please note that we will not be able to reimburse you for these costs, in the event of return of the items.
